Family Neighborhoods
We will be moving to HHI/Bluffton area late this year. Can you all recommend the family friendly neighborhoods? We've looked at a few, but really want to know which ones have a lot of full-time families living there.

my wife and I live in downtown Bluffton....in Bluffton Park.
There's a lot of opportunity out there for new home purchases and a couple existiing homes for sale too. All probably priced under $260,000.

I can not say enough great stuff about Westbury Park. My Husband and I started on the Island and once we had kids we needed a family neighborhood. We found it 7 years ago and have never looked back. We have side walks, wide streets, trees, street lights, the largest parks out of any of the communities in Bluffton and did I mention the people. The best! Really don't miss this gem of a neighborhood. Good luck.
