Finding a Peditrician!
My husband, me and our baby boy just moved here from NY and we are trying to find a good peditrician! I loved my old one! He wasn't quick to put the baby on medicine when it wasn't necessary and I always felt comfortable and I trusted him! This is what I am looking for! We live in Beaufort, so somewhere local! I don't want to be traveling to the drs. office all the time! Also, my son is due for his shots in a wk. You think the dr. would want to see him before the shots or do all at once? Please help-Thanks in advance!!

we also moved from ny 2 years ago, Drs . Keane and Dr. Broerman are all great ,exactly what ypur looking for and the office is clean and fun for the kids. They are on Allison Rd. just off Ribaut Rd, across from the Hospital.
We go to Beaufort Pediatrics, they are right across from the hospital.
We see the Martins, either Dr.William Martin or his wife Dr.Kim Martin, they are both so nice and so enthusiastic and comphorting.
The nursing staff is very freindly and there is never a problem getting a same-day appt. if needed.
The ONLY setback is the waiting time. Dont make the mistake of showing up early because that is just longer you will be waiting!
Im sure the doc. would do it all at once..as long as you have his shot record and such it shouldnt be a problem I personally wouldnt see a reason to see him before hand.
I think Dr Ellenberger at Beaufort Peds is wonderful. Their phone number is 524-KIDS...easy to remember.
All the peds there are GREAT!!!
We see Dr. William Martin or Dr. Kimberly Martin - they are just great with children, and they LISTEN. We have also seen other physicians in the practice and have been very happy - overall, I do not think you can go wrong with Beaufort Pediatrics!
