Hey moms.... I just had my newborn's and 2 yr old's pictures taken by a local photographer and I just wanted to share her with you because her pictures are beautiful!!!
You have got to check out www.apriltoddphotography.com She is absolutely wonderful and I couldnt be happier with the pictures. She lives here in Bluffton and knows a lot of great places to do photo shoots. Her website shows she does maternity pics, family pics, children of all ages, and more!
Check out the MOMS Club of Bluffton/Hilton Head! This club is perfect for full time or part time stay at home moms. After you join the club, you receive a monthly calendar that is full of activities for you and your lil ones. We have playgroups, parties, and group events at playground, pools, and member houses. We also have a very popular mom's night out once a month so you can eat a grown up meal with adults and leave the kids at home!
My kid is only 4 weeks old and his mom and I think he may have acid reflux. He sometimes gets fussy at feeding time and spits up almost after every meal and during the middle of the night in his bed. We've heard a little bit about acid reflux in babies, but need some more info.
How do you cure (or subdue) it?
Thanks for feedback!
I have a 3 year old daughter and I am looking for a good program to get her into. Anything like sports, gymnastics, or anything that would get her involved with other kids her age. Most activities make you wait until there 4 years old. I need to find something that isn't that expensive. Please help me...I just moved here 2 months ago and don't know that much stuff around here. Thank you.
Given the last ten years of violence by school-age kids (at their own schools), and by this week's activity at Chesterfield High School here in SC, where a student was caught planning to bomb the school....let me pose this question:
How do you raise a kid today?
I'm 30. I definitely didn't have to worry about one of MY former classmates blowing up our school or going on a shooting spree in 3rd period Math class. So, obviously, times and the world have changed a bit. Do parenting strategies change with it?
Let me know your thoughts.
Our son still likes to have his "baba" right before bed or nap. I think it's a comfort thing for him but I would really like to try and eliminate the bottle all together. How do we even start this process? Any suggestions would be welcome!
If you've never been, it's really a small-town street fest.
Very laid back!
Weather will be great.
My baby's a week-and-a-half old and his burp cloths already look like they've been left in the middle of Hwy 278 for a month.
Two Questions:
1. How do you get formula stains out of baby clothes?
2. How do formula companies get away with NOT making their product "Stain Proof?" That seems like the million-dollar business idea, right?
Thanks!
