I am a Mom to a 9 year and stepmom to an 18 year old. I am a native to Beaufort, work full time, and absolutely love being a Mom & Aunt...even a Step Mom! I have experienced the good and the bad in parenting in 2 homes. My life, marriage, and family are wonderful. I can help and discuss what has worked for me (or not). Even every now and then could use advice and help from others. I wish my 9 year would pause in growing up! It happens too fast! Even to the point where my husband and I are talking about adding one more member to our family in the very near future. I am an Aunt to a 11 mos boy in Beaufort and 19 mos. girl in Australia. So precious!! From work, school events, baseball/football practices&games, and family time my little free time consists of writing poetry about the wonders of motherhood and life in general. So far, 2 are published...working on a book of my own!
